MediaPlan. acts as a data controller under Turkey's KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law). This notice explains how we handle the personal data of website visitors and people who reach out through our contact form.
Data we collect
Through the contact form we process the name, company, email, phone, budget range, service interest and message you submit. We may also collect anonymous technical data (browser, language, page views) during your visit.
Purpose
Personal data is processed to evaluate requests, get back to you, set up engagements, report internally and improve service quality. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Retention
Data is kept for a reasonable period required to process your request and within statutory retention obligations. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
